BLDC Controller BMC 300H 210.300H for Brushless Motor 
The universal motor controller BMC 300H is used for control or
regulation of brushless DC motors.
It is supplied with voltages of 15 - 48 V/DC or 12 - 32 V/AC. A cheap
solution can be a toroidal transformer that reduces the line voltage
of typically 230 V/AC to the desired value of 12 - 32 V/AC.
The controller provides an open parameter structure in which fixed
values can be set or variable values are set by using the five
trimming potentiometers on the board.
Furthermore, it is possible to activate pre-programmed program
parts by the manufacturer. The control commands are transmitted
to the controller through five floating inputs. In addition, the
controller is prepared for the connection to a PLC or control via
CANopen.
Customized software can be offered for projects and special
applications by the manufacturer.
The motor speed can be set or regulated by loop control, using a Hall
sensor. To determine the position pulses can be used as well, as
potentiometers. For this purpose, an adaptation by the
manufacturer is necessary.
There are adjustable start and stop ramps, current limiting for the
motor current or armature short-circuit, to increase the self-locking
of the motor. Some settings are also available for each direction of
rotation of the motor separate.
Two switching outputs with a maximum current of 1.0 A and two
relays with changeover contacts round out the features. Depending
on the setting, the feedback of speed, motor current, etc. can be
detected by a 0 - 10 V/DC output.
Regarding all the different features and settings, the control can be
used as a standalone unit as well, as a network integrated
component of an automation system.
