Purchasing process:

As of immediately, ONLY CARD PAYMENT is possible when collecting from the shop.
We no longer accept cash for security reasons.

Put the requested item or items in your shopping trolley.
Check the items and change quantities if necessary.
Enter or register with the customer log-in. Indicating your phone number is obligatory.
Check, and if necessary change, your delivery address.
Orders from abroad can only be accepted on prepayment.
Select your preferred type of payment and the incurring shipping costs too will immediately be shown.
Confirm that you have read and accepted our general terms and conditions and our return policies.
Now place your order.
Within a few minutes you will receive an email stating your order, the total and our bank information.
Check your order on accuracy again. Make your payment by bank transfer or through PayPal,
always quoting the order number.
EU business customers wishing to be exempt from VAT payment, please insert your VAT ID, remark it in
the “notes, questions, wishes” space, and make your payment only after– within the next 24 hours – you
have received our e-mail quoting the VAT-free invoice value.
Important notice for customers abroad:
Please make sure that you quote our IBAN, DE73 2806 4179 0112 9724 00,
and our BIC (S.W.I.F.T. code), GENODEF1VEC.
The fee for a bank transfer from another EU country then won't be higher than that for a German domestic bank transfer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHARGES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN YOUR PAYMENT.
When your payment is received the goods will be shipped as quick as can be (unless a different shipping date has been indicated).
Do not panic if accidentally you placed an incorrect order with prepayment, it only becomes effective after receipt of payment.
A short message would however be appreciated.

After customer log-in you will receive the total price together with shipping costs.
After having placed your order our bank details are displayed and you can pay immediately.
EU business customers from abroad, if required wait for our e-mail quoting the VAT-free invoice value.
Quote your order number. Foreign customers, do not forget our IBAN and BIC (SWIFT).
