In order to stabilize the leaves in a shut position we recommend a mechanical stop at the “CLOSED” position.

The max. gate leaf width mentioned is a non-committal recommendation for smoothly running gates. If higher wind surcharges are expected (i.e. with full surface gate designs) the wind and the drive moments require checking.
